Saman, I'm thinking I probably won't be able to visit. Too bad I didn't put the Neatherlands on my train pass. Oh well. I bought some cheese from Holland the other day and thought of you. How are the bike lanes in Amsterdam? As crazy as Copenhagen I wonder. I was biking in the rain the other day and totally wipped out. The good thing was that I had sunglasses on so I didn't have to face the emabarrasment (is that how you spell that?) of looking people in the eye!
It's all good Erin. The cheese from Holland is a-m-a-z-i-n-g-!
I pretty much brush against the light at the end of the tunnel each time I ride my bike, haha. I got caught in the rain a couple nights ago at 5am, oh boy that was not a pretty sight.
The American Council on Education, in a 1995 report titled “Educating Americans for a World in Flux” aptly noted “….the breathtaking pace of political, economic, social and technological change in the world coupled with an increasingly competitive job market, underscores the need to prepare students broadly for a future that will require themt to think globally.” Undergraduate students participating in the Biomedical Research Abroad: Vistas Open (BRAVO!) Program are involved in activities in a variety of countries that will broaden their view of the world while simultaneously contributing to the fund of new scientific knowledge. This blog is a place where BRAVO! students can share their experiences, impressions, and pictures. It is my hope that the blog not only will be used by BRAVO! students but that students interested in BRAVO!, or in science, or in global understanding, will also find it useful!

We met some people in Prague that had just been in Amsterdam, and that's the one thing they noted, the crazy bikers.
I realized that we're going to be there the weekend of the 29-31, like the weekend after next. Is that cool?
